Discover Łódź

Łódź – the origin of Quantum and location of our headquarters and our insurance brokers – is important to us. We emphasise this by taking part in all kinds of projects, particularly those aimed at urban renewal and restoration of historic heritage.

Our first project was the renewal of Gustaw Schreer’s villa, currently known as the Quantum villa.

A unique combination of elegance and style, this historic building has been created by one of the finest architects of his time – Gustaw Landau-Gutenteger. The renewal began in 2013 and, after approximately two years, the building has regained its past glory. The thorough renovation of the facade was accompanied by the restoration of historic interiors – these stylish spaces were enhanced with antiques and other furnishings. The success of this renewal has gained widespread recognition in the local media, and the Piotrkowska Street Foundation has awarded the building in the “Well-maintained Heritage” competition.

At the moment, we are involved in the renewal of two heritage villas: at Moniuszki Street 6 and Moniuszki Street 8, where we are planning to create a modern office space and luxurious apartments integrated into the Neo-Renaissance buildings.

We hope that the unique atmosphere of Moniuszki Street – an urban complex listed in the historic register, which will connect the New Centre of Łódź with Piotrkowska Street – will attract new investors.

We believe that Łódź deserves to again become a leading city with a flourishing economy and cultural life. We also believe that this will soon become true, and we are happy to be a part of this transformation.
